Charity Gifts
help women and children in poverty
A portion of your purchase goes to our charity gifts to women and children in poverty. At Twinklebelle, we believe in the kind, caring, sharing, giving and peaceful side of humanity. We volunteer and donate money to support our local and international communities. We continuously identify and donate funds to people and organizations needing the most help. Our recent projects include: - Annual tuition assistances to students in Binzhou villages (Shandong Province, China), Sept 2009, on-going since 2005.
- Medical expense assistance to a woman in rural China, May 2007.
- Funding the shipping of clothing and toys to the Volsk orphanage in Saratov, Russia, in 2006.
- Donation to the Tsunami Fund, in 2006
Elementary and Secondary Schools are not free in many developing countries. Many children can't complete their K-12 education due to financial hardships. With tuition assistance from Twinklebelle, Xiaoyan (a girl in rural China) is now returning to school to finish her secondary education.
