We ship from our Vancouver location in British Columbia, Canada. We ship out orders within 2 business days after receiving your order. For regular delivery, we use Canada Post. To Canada: 3-6 business days To USA: 6-12 business days Rush delivery We can arrange rush services, please contact us. For example, shipping most items using XpressPost services: $9 to Western Canada (BC, AB), 1-2 business days $12 to other regions in Canada, 2 business days $15 to USA, 3-5 business days We can arrange other rush services, please contact us. Where will my order be shipped from? We ship from our Vancouver location in British Columbia, Canada. Do you ship outside of Canada? Yes. We ship to Canada and the US per our flat fee shipping schedule. Please contact us on shipping fees to other international destinations. Is my privacy protected? Twinklebelle does not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances. This includes your mailing address and your email information. What is your refund policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Twinklebelle. We will refund or exchange any purchase within 30 days of its purchase date when an item has not been worn and is found in the condition in which it was purchased.
