What methods of payment do you accept?

For phone orders, we accept MasterCard and Visa (please call 778-322-2049 during business hours). Please note that our office is only staffed part time before Jan 24th of 2009. If your call is not answered, please leave us a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can.

Our online orders are handled by PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and payment from your bank account.

How do you guarantee the online security of credit card information?
We do not access or process your financial information directly. The whole check-out process is hosted by PayPal which offers the most secure financial processing platform.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping to USA/Canada, shipping rates are listed below:
$3.99 for orders under $24
$7.99 for orders between $24 and $70
Free for orders of $70 and more

How soon will I receive my package?
We ship from Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. We ship out on the same day for orders received before 3pm (PST). For regular delivery, we use Canada Post expedited parcel services. Below is the delivery schedule to major areas.
To Canada - BC, AB, MB & SK: 1-3 business days
To Canada - other provinces: 2-7 business days
To USA: 4-12 business days
To most international destinations: 6-10 business days

If you are in Canada, you can find out the exact transit time from Canada Post's online shipping tool. Please enter "V6T 2K9" as the first postal code, then your postal code as the destination.

Xpresspost services
For faster, but not urgent deliveries, we use XpressPost services. Below is the cost for shipping most items (up to 0.5 kg):
Canadian $9 to Canada's BC, AB, MB & SK, 1-2 business days
Canadian $12 to Canada's other provinces, 2 business days
US$19.80 to USA, 3-5 business days

Urgent deliveries - next day service to USA
PuroPak delivers by noon the next day to major centres in USA. However, we need to receive your order and payment for PuroPak charge by 11am (PST).
Shipping fee for PuroPak is US$43 for packages up to 1.5 kg.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We ship from our Vancouver location in British Columbia, Canada.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes. We ship to Canada and the US per our flat fee shipping schedule.

Is my privacy protected?
Twinklebelle does not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances. This includes your mailing address and your email information.

What is your refund policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Twinklebelle. We will refund or exchange any purchase within 30 days of its purchase date when an item has not been worn and is found in the condition in which it was purchased.

Please contact us first before sending any item back to us. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
